Mozzarella Di Bufala
Fattoria Del Sole is the only producer of Buffalo Mozzarella in the MENA region. The fresh buffalo milk is delivered to our factory daily from our farm that was set up in the Beqaa Valley with imported Italian water buffalos.

Fattoria del Sole produce more than 17 different kind of FORMAGGIO including Fresh Mozzarella, Mozzarella Light, Cherry Mozzarella, Mozzarella Di Bufala, Mozzarella Rouleau, Mozzarella Sheet, Burrata, Scamorza, Affumicata, PROVOLONE, Aged Provolone, RICOTTA, Taleggio, Gorgonzola, Strachino, PECORINO and Caprino.
Our Story
Our story begins in 1997, when Mr. Naji Khairallah, who spent over 30 years in Italy, was having dinner in a Beirut restaurant and asked for fresh mozzarella and the waiter brought to the table the yellow, imitation kind, “Khairallah recalled”. He thought: “why don’t we set up a Fresh Mozzarella Factory in Lebanon?” And he made that dream come true.

Products
Fresh Mozzarella
Buttery and smooth taste, it comes in a variety of sizes made from 100% cow’s milk. Great for appetizers plate, Panini sandwich, platters or just alone with some virgin olive oil.
Burrata
Fresh Mozzarella as its best, it is delicate on the outside and when cut, the interior stringy curd and fresh cream spills out to enjoy an explosion of flavors.
Provolone
Made from cow’s milk, has a pale yellow to white colour and has a very smooth taste. It contains high amount of calcium and protein producing a strong aroma.
Mozzarella Di Bufala
It is a fresh, pliable cheese with a subtle consistency. It is characterized with a porcelain white color and possesses a delicate flavor.
